STORY

1995

It all began in Nonna Angela’s kitchen.

She was my best friend’s grandmother, and although I wasn’t family, she always made me feel like I was. I was young, curious, and captivated by the scent of simmering tomatoes and the rhythm of hands shaping dough.

Around that table, I witnessed how food could gather generations, spark laughter, and turn everyday moments into cherished memories. It was more than a meal — it was a ritual of love, generosity, and belonging. That kitchen lit the fire in me: a passion for food not just to nourish, but to bring joy, comfort, and connection to others.

2008

I began my culinary journey humbly as a dishwasher in a bustling French bistro, working to pay for my studies. The kitchen was alive with energy, precision, and passion. I watched quietly from the dish pit, absorbing the rhythm of service, the artistry of plating, and the camaraderie that unfolded behind the scenes. It didn’t take long for something to click: this was more than a job. It was a calling. In that heat and hustle, I knew — this is what I wanted to do.

2010

My formal training began at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, where I immersed myself in the Cucina Italiana program — it was there I honed my craft, deepened my respect for seasonal ingredients, and learned the language of Italian hospitality. That experience lead me to my first Michelin-starred kitchen abroad. In that refined, high-pressure world, I discovered not only the precision of fine dining, but the poetry behind every plate.

2013

My first television appearance marked a new chapter in my culinary career — one that allowed me to share my perspective beyond the kitchen. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in three seasons of Les Chefs!, compete in À couteaux tirés, and contribute to La cuisine d’Isabelle et Ricardo.

Each experience challenged me in different ways and helped me grow — not just as a chef, but as a communicator and collaborator. It also deepened my connection to Quebec’s culinary community and the audiences who care about it.

2014—2024

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked across many corners of the culinary industry — from the fast-paced energy of music festivals to the refined rhythm of restaurant kitchens. I launched and managed a few of my own ventures, gaining firsthand experience in building teams, shaping concepts, and navigating the business side of food.

A formative chapter included working at The Restaurant at Meadowood, a three Michelin-starred institution led by Christopher Kostow, where I deepened my understanding of precision, discipline, and terroir-driven creativity. Most recently, I served as Executive Chef for Antonio Park, leading with intention and mentoring young talent.

2024—PRESENT

Over a year ago, I chose to branch out on my own — to build something more personal, more intentional. I wanted to create bespoke culinary experiences that feel both elevated and deeply grounded, where even a simple Sunday night dinner could feel special. Today, my work blends private chef services, curated events, and seasonal pantry offerings, all designed to bring joy, beauty, and meaning to the table. It’s about more than food — it’s about how we gather, how we celebrate, and how we remember.
